The Shat-R-Shield Incoplas LED Hybrid is a multi-purpose LED fixture that can be configured as an area light, flood light or wall pack. Its corrosion-resistant engineered-polymer housing and high-impact polycarbonate construction are designed for industrial, marine, washdown and other harsh environments exposed to moisture, dust, chemicals or salt spray.

Shat-R-Shield's Incoplas LED Hybrid fixture is a multi-purpose LED lighting solution that can be used as an area light, flood light or wall pack. Composed entirely of graphite infused thermally conductive engineered polymers and high-impact polycarbonate, this fixture is specifically designed to withstand moisture, dust, chemicals, salt spray and harsh environments in applications where exposure is detrimental to the life of the fixture.   

Housing Construction:

• The fixture housing is composed of engineered plastics made from a variety of outdoor rated polycarbonate resins
• Made of a specially compounded thermally conductive polycarbonate resin. This allows for excellent heat transfer and heat management of the LED junction temperature. In contrast, typical aluminum housings have coatings that are highly receptive to corrosion and degradation

Corrosion-Resistant LED Lighting for Harsh Environments

The Incoplas LED Hybrid is designed for applications where moisture, chemicals, salt spray, dust or other environmental exposure can shorten the life of conventional lighting fixtures. Its graphite-infused, thermally conductive engineered-polymer housing provides heat management without relying on a conventional aluminum housing that may be vulnerable to corrosion in demanding environments.

Depending on the configuration, the same fixture platform can be used as an area light, flood light or wall pack, making it suitable for industrial facilities, food-processing plants, washdown areas, wastewater facilities, cold storage, marine facilities, docks and other harsh environments.

Multiple mounting, lens, beam-angle and output options allow the Incoplas LED Hybrid to be configured for different applications. Available environmental ratings include IP69K, IP66, NEMA 4X and NEMA 5, with wet-location, NSF and marine-related configurations also available.
