The Massif Elements™ Pants – CWAS (Cold Weather Aviation System) are designed for the U.S. Air Force, are authorized Safe-to-Fly, and are approved for all aircrew on all platforms. Massif CWAS Elements Pants offer in-flight, world-class performance with a low-profile ergonomic fit for ease of tight space maneuvering to access needed gear and hose port systems. Massif CWAS Elements pants are a softshell pant that offer exceptional breathability, durability, and a high warmth-to-weight ratio.

  • Made with fully Flame Resistant 4-way stretch Massif® Battleshield X® softshell fabric featuring WINDSTOPPER® technology by GORE-TEX® LABS, a highly water-resistant, 100% windproof, and very breathable membrane
  • Constructed with DuPont™ Kevlar® and Nomex® brand fiber
  • Elastic waistband pants with integrated adjustable webbing belt
  • Zippered front opening with storm fly
  • Welted zipper closure fleece lined hand pockets with internal hose port welt pass-through
  • Velcro® closure bellowed lower leg cargo pockets for seated accessibility
  • Left leg knife pocket
  • Inner leg gusset for added comfort and movement
  • Four attachment tabs
  • Back hip pocket with zipper closure
