The ERB Safety Americana Wildlands helmet meets NFPA 1977 Standard on Protective Clothing and Equipment for Wildland Fire Fighting, 2011 Edition and ANSI/ISEA Z89.1-2009 Type I, Class C, E, and G requirements.

- Meets NFPA 1977-2022 Standard on Protective Clothing and Equipment for Wildland Fire Fighting
- Slide-Lock size adjustment for head sizes 6.5 - 8
- Moisture wicking brow pad is removable, washable and replaceable
- Meets the high temperature (HT) option of the Z89.1 standard
- Goggle retaining slots on suspension and 3 retaining clips on sides and back of helmet
- Nomex®/Kevlar® chin strap with postman's slide fastener and quick-release buckle
- Four fluorescent yellow retroreflective strips attached to shell
- Provides protection in environments with higher ambient temperatures and radiant heat, such as steel mills or foundries
