Like all Hiatt-Thompson chain-style handcuffs, they feature an 18-tooth, 3-retaining bar system paired with a positive swing-through action, built-in backloading for fast cuffing; heavy duty construction with oversized rivet heads for added strength, and side double locks, plus reinforced steel swivels for extra strength and durability. Includes 2 standard keys.
